Countess gets on her bike for 445-mile challenge

The Countess of Wessex is due to set off on a gruelling 445-mile bike ride from the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh to Buckingham Palace to raise money for The Duke of Edinburgh's Awards, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary.
